Inclusive Workplace

Minimum 6 participants, maximum 30 participants. 2 hours.

A workplace is most successful when everyone’s potential has been maximized. Implicit bias often stands in our way. In this session, we’ll use theatrical sketches to examine implicit bias, learn to identify it, and generate strategies for how to interrupt it. A skilled facilitator will lead you and your team in creating a plan for continuing to grow your cultural intelligence.

Team building

Minimum 6 participants, maximum 30 participants. 3 2-hour sessions

Get your team laughing together using theatre games and exercises. They’ll be having so much fun, they’ll hardly realize that they’re growing skills for better communication and group cohesion. In this workshop series, your team will shed interpersonal barriers and come to know and understand each other more deeply. The result is a workforce that is more connected, collaborative, and efficient.

Public Speaking

90 minutes.

The presentation you’re about to give could be a crucial step forward for your business. Don’t take any chances. Shake your nerves and get out of your head so you can give a pitch, speech, or presentation that will wow. Using theatre games and acting exercises, we will prepare you to be in a state of relaxed readiness so you can nail it. We’ll also give you a chance to rehearse a portion of your speech and receive feedback.
